The stand proposed by Glyco@Alps focuses on the field of sugars and especially glycosciences. The sugar molecules are present everywhere in nature and even contribute to the biological mechanisms necessary for the functioning of the human body! With animated presentations, you will look forward to the future, where you will see the fruitful results of tomorrow’s doctors who seek to save the world through sugars. An animation will allow you to understand how sugars can be used in science but also in the food industry by making candies. Finally, you will participate to a “virtual promenade in Sugar Land”.
